The installation of the Aquaponics section in the SusMedHouse Demonstration Greenhouse has been completed.
In the system, where soilless agriculture is handled together with aquaculture, the water used in Koi and Catfish farming allows plants such as lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers to grow, and at the same time, the water used is cleaned and reused in the system.
Planting was carried out in the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) and Deep-Water Culture (DWC) models installed in the SusMedHouse Demonstration greenhouse and aquaculture trials were started.
